File Types

Pensacolaprint.com is able to accept many Mac and PC files from various programs used today.  From Microsoft Word,  to professional printing programs such as QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Macromedia Freehand and many other programs.  Files should be provided in CMYK color mode and at a minimum of 300 ppi at the final print size.  Files should have 1/8 inch bleeds accurately placed exceeding past the final trim size if necessary.   All fonts should be outlined/made into paths or provided along with any used images.  All fonts must be Stuffed or Zipped.  If you do not see your program or file type below or if you have any questions please contact support@pensacolaprint.com or call us, we offer consulting to make sure that you get the quality that you demand.

Many of these programs and others have the options to export file formats that are useable. The following file extensions must be accurately included in your file name(s). For example: frontcvr.tif or mybook.qxd.   If you do not see either the program or format listed please email or call.  One of our consultants will be able to advise you.
